Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

NonaPlay is a private app for youth soccer teams: parents, players and coaches watch their team's game videos, see schedules and stats, and share photos and clips. Accounts are created only through an invitation from the team. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the app: sign you in, show your team's games and players, send the notifications you asked for (new game video, goals, game starting), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information, show ads, or use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Who can see it

Content is visible only to signed-in members of the team and its administrators. Goal clips have a share link that anyone you send it to can open without an account; those pages do not show player names. Please share clips only with people you trust.

Children

Players are children. Their information is added by the team or a parent or guardian, and accounts for people under the age of consent should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. A parent can ask us to remove or correct their child's information at any time.

Service providers

We use a hosting provider for the app and database, Cloudflare for storing and delivering videos and photos, an email service for sending invitations, and Apple and Google push services for notifications. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

Retention and security

We keep information while your team uses the service. Data is sent over encrypted connections. Original uploaded game videos are deleted about a week after they are processed.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and notify members of significant changes.
